Order information — when you place an order through our website or Messenger, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and the products you selected, solely to prepare and deliver your order (cash on delivery).
Messenger data — when you message our Page, we receive your public profile name, a page-scoped identifier (PSID) assigned by Meta, and the content of your messages. Our automated assistant uses this only to help you browse products, confirm orders, and hand the conversation over to our human team.
Feedback — if you submit feedback or bug reports on our website, we collect the name, description, and screenshots you choose to provide.

We do not collect payment card details — all orders are paid on delivery.

2. How we use information

To process and deliver your orders and confirm details with you.
To respond to your questions in Messenger, either automatically or via our team.
To improve our website, products, and customer experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party. Information is shared only with delivery partners as necessary to fulfil your order.

Order and conversation data are stored on our own secured servers. We retain order records for as long as needed for order fulfilment, customer support, and bookkeeping, after which they are deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by messaging our Facebook Page (Aretta Philippines) or emailing us at the address below. To stop receiving Messenger messages from us, you can block or mute our Page at any time in Messenger's settings.

Our Messenger experience is provided through Meta Platforms' Messenger Platform and is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. Our website uses Google Fonts for typography; no advertising or analytics trackers are used.
